As of October 15, 2025 fees are:   
30 minutes--$100                       
45 minutes--$115                      
60 minutes--$130                      
75 minutes--$145                      
90 minutes--$160

Zelle, cash, checks, and all major credit cards accepted.
There is a fee of $75 for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice (except in the case of illness or emergency).
With a prescription/referral on file I can provide detailed receipts for full or partial reimbursement from health or PIP insurance, check with your health plan.
